Kvernufoss and River, Southern Iceland
One of the most beautiful (and almost hidden and unknown) waterfalls in Iceland is just a stone throw from the famous Skógafoss, and it was one of my favourites.
It reveals itself slowly and dramatically: first you hear the river, then you see it, and then the waterfall falling in a cave, and you can almost walk entirely behind it (though prepare a good raincoat!).

THE PRINTS
The prints are made on high quality, museum grade archival paper, with Giclee printing process. Giclée (pronounced ‘Zhee-clay’) originates from the French verb gicler meaning “to squirt, or to spray”. It uses light fast, pigmented based inks, allows for ultra sharp reproduction of images, that last for 100 years or longer!
Your photo print will come in Hahnemühle Photo Luster, 260gsm
Photo Luster is a microporus, resin coated photo paper with a beautiful luster surface. It features a bright white and consistently smooth surface. Its weight provides a higher stability than many other photo papers and guarantees long lasting, fade resistant prints.
No frame is provided. The mounted photos are to be used as a guide only. You'll receive a well packed print with the authenticity certificate signed by the photographer.

SIZES
Sizes are in A-format, making it easier for you to find a cheaper frame to mount your print in.
Please note all prints will come with a minimum of 1.5cm border to compliment the photo. If you wish for it to be cut to size please get in touch.
Please note that the size of the photograph itself has been made by the photographer during the editing process, based on the look of the photograph (and making it unique), so it might have slightly different measures.
